STANDING IN THE LIGHT: PROVIDING ABORTION CARE FOR ALL

"We'll keep fighting like hell against the anti-liberty, anti-family, anti-rights extremists responsible for this monstrous attack on the people, families, and communities we serve until their full rights and access to the care they need have been restored and rebuilt." --Amy Hagstrom Miller, President and CEO of Whole Woman's Health Alliance.

While devastated by the Supreme Court's decision in June of 2022 to overturn Roe v. Wade and 49 years of federally legalized abortions in America--we are still here and we continue to stand in the light providing abortion care for our patients. Providing quality, compassionate abortion care is what we do best, and that work is simply not possible in the Midwest and South without your support.

Abortion bans do nothing to change the need for abortion or help prevent unplanned pregnancy. They simply block people from accessing safe abortion care from trusted providers like Whole Woman's Health and Whole Woman's Health Alliance.

HERE'S WHAT WE PROMISE

Whole Woman's Health will continue providing abortion care in the remaining states where pregnant people's needs and rights are still respected and protected under law. We will do everything we can to help obtain safe, timely, affordable care for those whose rights and access to safe and legal abortion services have been unjustly revoked. We will keep fighting like hell against the extremists responsible for this monstrous attack on the people, families, and communities we serve until their full rights and access to the care they need have been completely restored.

HERE'S WHAT YOU CAN DO

Affirm that abortion rights are human rights by making an donation RIGHT NOW. Donating will also get you subscribed to our newsletter, which includes timely and exclusive updates, information, and critical resources.

The fact is that a majority Americans do not support what's happening. Americans overwhelmingly believe in community, friendship, empathy, and above all, freedom. The Supreme Court's ruling and subsequent trigger laws are collectively cruel, extreme, and dangerous.

We are doing everything we can to help as many people as possible get the care they need, but we are already facing a deluge of patients unlike any we've seen in the past and it is only going to become more overwhelming as the damage done by this awful ruling continues to compound.

Here is what your donations to our work will support:

  • Our Abortion Wayfinder program, offering logistical and financial support to people who need to travel out of their home state for abortion care.
  • Support for the surge in demand for abortion care at our clinics, enabling us to add staff, expand hours, and — where possible — open new clinics to expand the geographic territory in which we can serve people seeking care.
  • Travel expenses for doctors who will need to circulate among our clinics in order to meet our patients' needs for care.
